I tested XTB for a short period, but the experience wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The platform is fast, but spreads widened noticeably during high-volatility sessions. My withdrawal took longer than the stated processing time, and support responses felt slow and not very detailed. Overall, it didn’t fully match the reliability I was hoping for.
I traded with XTB for a few months, and overall the experience was quite positive. Their xStation platform is fast, clean, and very user-friendly, which made charting and order execution easy. Spreads are reasonable, though not always the tightest during high-volatility periods.
Withdrawals were smooth and processed within the expected timeframe. Customer support was helpful as well, but sometimes it took a bit longer to get a detailed answer. Still, XTB feels reliable and professional, especially for traders who value a stable platform.
When I tried to buy some shares during a fast-moving market, the order execution froze. Price moved sharply I ended up getting filled at a much worse rate. Terrible for active trading
