OctaFX support is extremely slow and unhelpful. Live chat takes ages to connect, and the agents only give generic, copy-paste responses.
I experienced the same issue. The support agents responded without addressing my actual problem and kept repeating the same automated messages. It was impossible to get a real solution.
I totally agree with you. The support response is really slow. They really need to work on giving quicker and more meaningful assistance.
